For Emergencies

If you have an emergency, please call your 831-475-5400 so that a veterinary professional can advise you about your pet emergency. A veterinarian and technical staff are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Appointments

If you would like to schedule an appointment, please call 831-475-5400. Appointments are scheduled Monday-Saturday from 8:30 am-4:30 pm. If you are a new patient, please download and complete a new client form and bring it with you to your appointment.

Boarding

We accept patients for boarding once we have established a client relationship and have performed a physical exam for your pet. If your pet will be boarding with us, please download and complete the boarding form and bring it with you to the hospital when you check in.

Prior to your visit

If you have been referred to one of our specialists, please contact our referral coordinator to schedule an appointment. This appointment with you and your pet takes approximately one hour. Be sure to bring all relevant information with you, including x-rays, blood test results, your pet's medications, and the referral form filled out by your veterinarian. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time in order to complete any forms for your pet’s medical record.

Charges for services

Payment is required at the time services are rendered. Payment is accepted by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Care Credit. A deposit of 75% of the estimated fees will be required if your pet is hospitalized. Additional deposits may be required before performing additional tests or treatments. Payment will be due upon release of your pet from the hospital. We realize that the cost of health care for your pet can be a concern. Please talk to one of our client service representatives if you have concerns about payment.
